If you are unsure of your ring size and don't have any way of finding this out, you can purchase a re-useable plastic ring sizer available to buy from our site. This will give you a better idea of your size and is always useful to have for the future.

Firstly, wrap a measuring tape around your hand, at the widest point of your hand, as shown in the photo below - this will give you the circumference of your hand. The turn around on pre orders and custom made pieces is 6-8 weeks. All items are hand crafted by Sterling & Gold, the 6-8week turn around involves sourcing and ordering the materials as the items are made from scratch, then designing, crafting, making and lastly finishing each piece by hand. The item is then sent off to the Edinburgh Assay office for testing and hallmarking before being returned fully hallmarked. Then your item will be carefully packaged before it is sent on its way to the customer. The customer will be informed on progress once the item is away being hallmarked and again once it has been shipped from Sterling & Gold to you along with any tracking information. More often than not it does not take the full 8weeks for you to receive your item but depending on workloads this time is a maximum guide of what to allow.

The estimated delivery for an item which is in stock is 5-7days.

Each item is packaged in Sterling & Gold's signature rose pink gift boxes. Each box includes a matching suede jewellery pouch, to help store and protect your chosen bespoke piece of hand made jewellery. Each item and box is carefully packaged by hand and finished off with a complimenting tied bow.
