Returns Policy for Sterling & Gold.
Thank you so much for purchasing a piece of jewellery from Sterling & Gold. We really hope you are happy with your purchase however if you are not, or if you change your mind, you may return the item for a full refund in line with the refund policy below.
We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process:
To start a return, please contact us at sterlingandgold@hotmail.com to confirm your eligibility for a refund. Once confirmed we will issue you with a RRN (Return Reference Number). Place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase along with a note of your RRN, then post to the address supplied.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked return service as we cannot be held responsible for any returns not received by us.
Refunds:
After receiving your returned item, we will endeavour to process you refund within 14 days of receipt. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund too.
Please note that original postage costs will not be refunded and only the original cost of the item will be refunded.
Any refund due will be paid by the same method by which the original purchase was made and to the original purchaser only.
Returns and refund exceptions:
There are certain situations where returns and refunds cannot be granted:
- Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged;
- bespoke made to order items;
- any items personalised at time of order.
